The Intelligent Systems team understands that organizations must be flexible and innovative in their everyday business operations by utilizing and integrating different data sources and systems that are not part of their ERP system. The inconsistency of the information and the manual data processing may cause delays and difficulties in executing daily operations. For this reason, our team created Integration Framework, an application that assists organizations in the flawless transfer of data between any third-party platform (e-commerce, 3PL, CRM, BI, etc.) and the Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.

The tool assists businesses in the smooth transfer of information by utilizing an API (Application Programming Interface) simple installation and setting up data mappings in Dynamics 365 Business Central. In addition, the flexible mapping of each standard or customized Business Central Table data makes it possible to integrate many different data sources at the same time.

Companies that are using third-party platforms (e-commerce, 3PL, CRM, BI, etc.) and need to integrate them with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Establish two-way integration between the third-party platforms and the ERP database through API.
• Unlimited type of Master data tables can be communicated with the third-party system (Example: Products, Prices, Unit of measures, Inventory, etc.)
• Unlimited type of Transactional data can be communicated with the other platform (Example: Sales orders, Return orders, Posted shipments (Fulfillments), Document statuses, Purchase orders, Transfer Orders, etc.)
• Periodical or real-time data exchange
• Pull/ Push/ Upsert (Insert and Update) data via web services between the third-party system and Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system
